Currently, we are only able to accept orders from US-based customers at this time. This is primarily due to electrical and safety certifications we need to complete before we can sell to International customers and official resellers.
While we are working on these certifications, they take a while to complete and process. It also depends on the demand/interest level for different regions since each country has a different range of requirements for these certifications. EU has CE, Canada has CSA, and Australia has SAA (etc.). Each of these certifications has separate costs and requirements. We will have to evaluate the interest coming from different countries and companies.
Our team plans to have an additional launch to international customers once we are able to, as well as provide inventory for our official international resellers. We also plan to offer some discount tiers for the International launch on our site as well. Stay tuned!
