In the event you have received a defective or damaged part please contact us immediately. A photo of the damaged part will be needed for documentation purposes.
If your machine is within warranty, we can set you up with a replacement part. Please reach out to us via email at help@inventables.com. It is helpful to include your order number and any image or documentation of the damage.
